Manoir Gouin is a 112-apartment complex for independent seniors and those with a slight loss of autonomy.
The complex is divided into two distinct sections, each with its own characteristics.
Phase 1 – Phase 1 of Manoir Gouin opened in 2005 and features 56 apartments ranging in size from 1 1 ½ to 3 ½ .
Phase 2 – Operational since autumn 2008, Phase 2 comprises 53 units in sizes 3 ½ to 4 ½, available for rental.
Today, Manoir Gouin employs some thirty people.
